Position - Care Worker- Days or Night shiftsLocation -Bolton BL4Permanent position Plus Pension Key Responsibilities•To join a team of care workers and to fulfil a range of personal care tasks and other care work for both male and female service users with various physical and emotional needs in accordance with agreed care plans and to administer medication as required in accordance with individual needs and in line with the Care Home Staff Policy.• You will assist service users in participating in activities both within the Home and outside as well as escorting them to appointments outside of the community.• You will be required to assist housekeeping staff with keeping communal areas clean and odour free.• You will assist with simple food preparation on the suites and serve all meals to the service users.• You may occasionally need to assist in the kitchen or laundry should the need arise.• If working at night in a service adjoining an Extra Care Service you may be allocated to the Extra Care Service.• As key worker for individual service users, ensure that people’s assessed needs as stated in the care plan are comprehensively met.please send me you cv if you are interested in getting an interview
