Job Description

Trainee Financial Advisor Up to £26,000 DOE FarnhamAre you a Finance Graduate seeking employment within a company that offers a fantastic working environment, will offer you the opportunity to obtain financial qualifications and will dedicate time and effort to you in order to produce the highest qualityof work in line with the companies outstanding reputation.Role responsibilities:

  • Ensure you approach all aspects of your work with a professional aptitude in line with FCA requirements.
  • Communicate with colleagues and clients both written and verbally in a professional manner
  • Build rapport with clients when attending meetings
  • Take detailed notes and ensure data from meetings is recorded.
  • Analyse and report on information end ensure that strategies are identified
  • Ensure your financial and company knowledge on compliance and procedures are kept up to date
  • Manage new client relationships - generate new business by building rapport
  • Manage client expectations in terms of fees and billing hours
To be considered for this position you will be / have:
  • A finance related degree
  • An analytical mind with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal English.
  • A natural problem solver with the ability to remain calm when dealing with complex issues.
  • An advanced user of Excel and other MS Office programmes.
