Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a well established specialist Recruitment Agency, based in Farnham, Surrey. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will take on an established desk with the focus on growing existing clients as well as developing new relationships, the role is supported by a junior recruitment consultant that will be supported and developed by the Senior Recruiter.Salary £24,000 - £36,000 Basic expected OTE first Year £50,000paAs the Senior Recruitment Consultant you will:

  • Working as a 360 recruiter supporting both candidates and clients, this is not a heavily focused cold calling role.
  • Understand candidates skills and what they are looking for in a new role
  • Use targeted methods to develop candidate relationships, such as: advertising, networking, social media, events, and head-hunting
  • Use a range of methods to target clients and to build strong relationships
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and offer advice based on market knowledge
  • Manage the recruitment process for your candidate and client; preparing both for interviews, offering advice and negotiating job offers
  • Organise and host networking meetings and attend key industry events
  • Write blogs and articles on key industry news to be used for marketing/PR.
    • The ideal Senior Recruitment Consultant will:
  • Have a minimum of 2 years proven recruitment expertise either Agency or Talent Acquisition
  • Be able to hit the ground running
  • Be a team player that is happy to roll up their sleeves and support other team members
  • Be confident working on your own and using your initiative to hit targets and goals
  • Be confident in you ability to develop new clients and grow an established desk
  • Have a natural entrepreneurial flair.
