Internal and external trainingOur clientBased in Farnham, our client is an industry leader providing market intelligence to technology organisations. In more straightforward terms, they research and provide contact information on business professionals working within the largest organisations inEurope (every company with over 250 staff), to enable clients to communicate with such contacts in their marketing & sales campaigns.Our client seeks a confident and driven candidate to join their team and head up our sales function. Sales experience is welcomed, but NOT mandatory. The chosen candidate will undergo 1-2-1 in-house training with the Sales Manager and the Managing Directorand attend external sales training sessions weekly. Duties include:- Prospecting to the database via calls, emails and Linkedin messaging- Using video tools to create interest from prospects/introduction videos- Responding to inbound sales enquiries via phone, emails or form fills from the website.- Answering support queries from existing clients (email/phone)- Updating CRM system (Salesforce)- Running through live online demos with potential customers- Attend weekly sales training from an external provider- Onboarding new clients- Liaising with agencies/partners- Writing up contracts/negotiating contractsDesired Experience:- Moderate Excel experience- Experience with Salesforce- Experience with a SAAS platform- Experience with running live demos- Experience with speaking to customers on the phoneIf this role sounds good to you, APPLY TODAY.
