True flexibility to work at work orwork at home!The role of Sales Director is responsible for the development and growth of National, Regional and Independent Card Connection Accounts. Providing the Franchisee network with excellent support and continued development, this in turn enables them to providean efficient service to their customers and growth in sales.This role provides a significant contribution to the annual sales plan and actively contributes to the wider development of the business and the achievement of its sales and profit objectives.A key requirement of this role is good internal communication, mutual support, efficient working practices and developing strong collaborative relationships with customers. The successful candidate will also be expected to review processes, structures andresources to ensure that objectives are met.The ability to understand the requirements of franchises as well as National Accounts is key to this role as is the ability to motivate and develop direct reports to ensure high customer service standards within the management team and franchisee network.As you would expect this is a demanding role requiring significant travel throughout the UK and Ireland.This role operates in a hybrid working pattern of office-based days and working from home.
