Job Description

Recruitment Resourcer - About The RoleYou will be contributing to our ongoing growth and recruitment strategy. Primarily you will be providing candidate information to consultants and in the process learning the most important part of recruitment.Key duties include:
  • Calling candidates
  • Identifying potential new candidates, utilising job boards
  • Filtering incoming applications in line with job criteria
  • Effective telephone screening
  • Arranging interview and preparing candidates
The successful Recruitment Resourcer will be/have:
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and confident on the phone
  • Good communication skills are essential as is the ability to adapt at a moment’s notice
  • A commitment to providing a positive candidate experience and good problem-solving skills
