Exciting and busy role liaising with site managers, internal customers, clients and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of each project. Tasks involves:Tenders:Managing incoming tender informationReview tender information and identify missing documents and/or conflicting informationCreating packages of documents for issuing to tendering sub-contractorsDrawings:Managing incoming drawingsManaging drawings created internallyMaintaining the master drawing registerMaintain accurate version controlIssuing drawings/updated drawings to sub-contractorsRFIs (Requests for Information)Managing incoming requests for RFIs from Site TeamFormatting, checking and issuing RFIs to client teamManaging RFI responses from client team & distributing as required internallyMaintaining an up to date RFI registerManaging incoming RFIs from sub-contractorsEnsuring RFIs from sub-contractors are concluded in a timely mannerCVIs (Confirmation of Verbal Instruction)Managing incoming requests for CVIs Site TeamFormatting, checking and issuing CVIs to client teamMaintaining an up to date CVI registerSubmittals/ TransmittalCreating formal submittal/transmittalMaintaining an up to date submittal/transmittal registerManaging feedback, update and re-issuing of submittalsMass document transferManage Wetransfer and OneDrive LinksPerson Spec:Ability to gather information and bring order to all projectsOrganised and persuasive with good business acumenStrong administration and customer servicesGood benefitsPlease only apply if you live within 12 miles of Farnham as this role is mainly office based.
