Job Description

I am currently recruiting for a client who has an opportunity come available due to the growth of the business.A large scale IFA that has offices nationwide is now recruiting for an operations manager to work along side the Directors to support and share some of the workload and focus on dedicated projects that come into the business with the new group functions.Some of the duties will be : Involvement in and management of projects to implement new work processes and systems to improve efficiency of the organisation. Coordinate regular client meetings between each functions and teams to update on progression with projects Data and fee auditing, compliance management other document checksAssisting with management of company facilities and systems. Liaison with providers and establishment of new agencies and system logins. Preparation of client management throughout transitions Migration of dataManage closure of premises terminating contracts, terminating insurances, management of dilapidations.Liaise with compliance and legal functions to facilitate orderly closure of a company. This will include regulatory permission, obtaining a business purchase agreement, and any other administrative paper work.For this role : We are looking for candidates who are extremely efficient, and highly organised.Ideally you will some exposure to the Financial services or Insurance sectorAn excellent communicator written and verbal.Ideally have worked within a project based or operations assistant role previously.This is a super role with lots of scope for development due to the fast paced and growth plans that are within the firm currently.Please apply for further details.
