Job Description

Are you a confident user of Excel and have a exceptional eye for detailIf so our client is looking for a confident and outgoing candidate to join their vibrant team based in the centre of Farnham, As the Office Administrator you will provide support to the sales team of 10 and the office.As the Office Administrator you will:

  • Attend morning Sales meetings
  • Inputting sales data onto the system
  • Research companies and contact information and update the CRM system
  • Support the sales team with ad hoc administration
  • Answer telephone, take messages and direct calls to the relevant person
  • Ensure the office runs smoothly, updating holiday forms, liaising with external HR and ordering stationary and kitchen supplys as and when needed.
  • The ideal Office Administrator will:
  • Be educated up to a level or equivalent
  • Have a minimum of 6 months administration experience
  • Be eager to learn
  • be personable, outgoing and confident
  • Have good eye for detail
  • Be a confident user Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel.
