As a Life Insurance Sales Consultant you will• Contact multiple leads per day (generated from potential customers who have expressed a specific interest in life assurance products on-line (real time hot leads not cold calling)• Overcome objections• Ascertain client needs and match those needs with the products that we offer.• Sell key benefits of our services• Work on a non-advised basis• Arrange life insurance policies in line with our sales process• Learn and retain product knowledge• Adhere to FCA guidelinesRequirements:· Proven track record in working to targets in telesales (essential)· Ability to overcome common objections (essential)- At least one year of Life Insurance experience (essential)· Experience in a financial company working within FCA guidelines (beneficial)· Excellent verbal communication· Sales motivated· Team player focused on the success of the business as a whole· Desire to complete CII Qualifications.· Adhere to FCA GuidelinesWhat we offer· Competitive Basic (£25,000 - £35,000)· Uncapped bonus potential (OTE of £50k - £75k)· Reasonable hours (9:20am – 7pm, Mon – Fri)· Early finishes on Fridays· No contracted weekend hours· 32 days annual holiday (20 days entitlement, bank holidays and 4 additional days over Christmas)· Personal Development (within 3 months you could become a Senior Consultant)· Onsite parking with highly discounted ratePrerequisites:· Clean credit history (any past issues must have been resolved, e.g. “in arrangement”)· Clean employment references for last 3 years· Ideally a clean criminal record.
