This role is for a family-owned business that is well-respected in the local area. This year they celebrate 63 years in business and are growing each year. With an excellent reputation, they offer their clients the construction and maintenance of swimming pools, from large scale new builds through to smaller renovations and refurbishments, generally for domestic residents.A fantastic opportunity has become available in their Construction team. They are looking for a highly motivated, organised individual to join their team. The role would benefit someone with previous, groundwork, landscaping and general construction experience, the ideal candidate will also need to show a willingness to learn the specifics in pool construction and be adaptable to the various tasks associated with the builds.Skills- Able to read technical drawings- Experience in using a digger, dumper etc- Experience in excavation- Accurate use of a laser level - Concreting and shuttering- Drainage and all other associated duties - Knowledge of health & safety around a site. - Clean driving licence Preferred but not essential skills:- Digger/Dumper Tickets- CSCS Card in a construction trade- Experience with paving- Experience with brick and sleeper walls- Experience in pipework and drainage- Basic landscaping experience - Have own basic hand toolsIn return they offer:- Competitive Salary paid weekly- Bonus scheme- 21 days annual paid holiday plus bank holidays- Long term career prospects and career progression- A company vehicle on completion of probationary period- Workplace Pension Scheme- Overtime availableCar Parking available.Travel required typically up to 25 miles from our base.Flexible working hours may be considered for the right applicant.
