Job Description

  • Circa £40- 45,000 Per Annum, OTE £60,000
  • 45 Hours per week + Saturdays on a 1 in 2 Rota basis
    • Exciting Opportunity to build and manage a successful Multi-Brand Branch Manager in the Farnham area of Hampshire.Our client is looking for a Centre Manager to join their family-owned garage group. This growing site requires an experienced person to drive the business, increase sales /profit and maintain the site to a high standard delivering exceptional customer service to encourage repeat custom year after year!Our Client is looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager, with excellent customer service experience, a good track record and ideally a technical background. This garage is an MOT and full repair centre, offering servicing, repairs, tyres, Aircon and much more. The site is growing and requires a dedicated and driven person to develop the business and realise its potential.The company prides itself on honest work, sales and focusing on customer retention. This business positions itself away from the "fast-fit" centres and their hard sell. Our Client is looking for the right person to take pride in their position, help drive the sales, increase the retail customer base and deliver high standards of work.The centre requires a strong manager to lead a small team and help with site development to build a strong business.
