  • Engineering Team Project Coordination: Tracking activity in Excel, maintaining project schedule, and managing the transition of finished goods and materials.
  • Engineering Team Administration Support: Arranging meetings, taking and publishing minutes, issuing job requests and contacting suppliers.
  • Engineering Team Budget Control: Maintaining existing project budget resource and cost trackers.

Currently, the company is expanding its product offering to include range of new Active products using BLE and LoRa technologies.The PersonThe key skills and qualities of an Engineering Project Coordinator:
  • The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years’ experience in a planning / scheduling role within a technology company, with experience in collating and presenting product specifications a distinct advantage.
  • The successful candidate must have strong numeracy skills including processing graphical data, as well as advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and web-based research.
  • A natural interest in products and technology, while being commercially astute and business savvy are a prerequisite.
  • Excellent communication, planning and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail.
