Job Description

We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our rapidly growing client. You will manage their client portfolio to help clients improve their web presence.As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will have solid experience in paid / search engine marketing, across Google & Facebook Ads pey-per-click (PPC), with a customer service approach. You should also have a clear idea of how digital tools add valueto company strategy and performance.You will contribute to business growth through creating and maintaining long-term client relationships.Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and address any queries or concerns.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact.
  • Set search marketing strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements.
  • Suggest, design and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI.
  • Onboard new clients and ensure they understand our services and how they can benefit their business.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure client campaigns are executed successfully and on time.
  • Present social media strategies for clients.
  • Report on web performance metrics.
  • Analyse digital campaigns success.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
Skills and experience:
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Account Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing and growing client relationships.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Hands on experience with CRM software.
  • Understanding of paid / search engine marketing campaigns across Facebook and Google Ads.
  • In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Experience with customer service and account management.
  • Strong organisational skills is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • BSc degree in Marketing or related field, with relevant certifications in digital marketing or account management is a plus.
