Job Description

Are you excellent at relationship building and keeping the customers at the heart of everything you do Our exciting client based in Farnham are seeking just that! This role is perfect for someone who is seeking a 12 month FTC and is really keen to get stuckinto a role where they can maintain great customer satisfaction and ensure their experience is seamless throughout.Responsibilities of the Customer Care Specialist, but not limited to:

  • Manage inbound and outbound contacts/queries with customers
  • Handle contact across a range of channels such as via email, phone and CRM
  • Engage with customers, demonstrating product knowledge whilst delivering a quality service
  • Maintain great customer satisfaction
  • Resolve complaints efficiently and appropriately
  • Process orders and cancellations accurately
  • Up-sell products where appropriate
  • Provide insight on the customer experience
  • Ensure the customer experience strategies are aligned to the larger business goals and outcomes
Candidate Specification for this role:
  • Experience of computerized ordering systems is essential
  • Hold the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Patience is essential for this role
  • Previous experience within customer care roles is preferred
  • Ability to consistently provide a high level of customer care/service
  • Highly organized
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must drive
