Job Description

CRM RETENTION LEADFARNHAM, SURREY - 1 DAY A WEEK WITH FLEXIBILITY£55,000 - £65,000THE COMPANYHarnham is partnering with a growing pharmaceutical brand to their drive to further improve their already high retention rates.THE ROLEAs a CRM Retention Lead, some of your main responsibilities will be:

  • Supporting the omnichannel CRM strategy, with a focus on optimising the current customer base.
  • Work on developing the customer journey to ensure reduced churn and increase retention.
  • Plan & execute the email and SMS campaigns.
  • Lead the retention strategy and identify areas for improvement.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEThe CRM Retention Lead will have:
  • MUST HAVE SUBSCRIPTIONS EXPERIENCE
  • Experience creating and implementing retention strategy.
  • Commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
  • Analytically focused
  • SQL and/or Excel is a must
