Job Description

My client is an established IT company who provide high quality IT support and IT services to both the educational and corporate sectors. They focus on customer satisfaction and helping clients reach their objectives through reliable and professional ITSupport.They are now looking for a 3rd Line Support Technician to join their team based in Farnham, Surrey.The successful candidate will need to have experience in the IT sector with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. Having worked in a client facing role previously is key, the ability to build relationships with clients is a must.Position Overview

  • Support 3rd Line Issues
  • Remote support / visit client sites
  • Resolving hardware & software faults
  • Active directory management
  • Troubleshooting of DNS/DHCP
  • Communicating and managing 3rd Line Suppliers
  • Manage client expectations and adhere to support SLAs
Position Requirements
  • Full UK Clean Driving License (Customer Visits)
  • A strong 3rd Line Technical background / experience within an MSP firm
  • Hands on experience with service desk and remote-control software
  • Experience with Windows 7,8, 10 & IOS/Android
  • Experienced with Active Directory
  • Basic knowledge/troubleshooting of DNS/DHCP
  • Experience with Office 365
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Desktops and Windows Server environments
  • Professional certificate is desirable
Position Overview
  • Monday to Friday 9am - 17:30pm
  • Salary £27,000 - 31,000 DOE
