They understand the challenges and rewards of working with our young people and know that every day they will achieve things that really matter.Supporting our teams across the Scotland Region, youll spend most of your time out in the field, providing business information to position our high-quality services with LAs robustly, in-line with best practice. Managing a busy caseload of LAs, youllbe accountable for building relationships that lead to new admissions and new service development across The Group Residential Services.This is no ordinary role. The pace is fast. Theres lots of variety. And youll need to be able to build strong working relationships with Key stakeholders and colleagues across the Group. Offering lots of autonomy, your role will involve developing partnershipsidentifying, decisions makers and influencers with Local Authorities and writing regional framework agreements and contract tenders reports. Everything you do will be fair, consistent and thorough, so we can make the right decisions for our students and theyoung people in our care.Main Purpose of the roleBuilding deep-rooted partnerships with Local Authorities/other purchasers to identify their needs and provide business information to position our services to meet such needs. To lead the referral and admissions of students to support exceeding occupancytargets in Specialist Education Schools and Colleges and residential settings.Candidate ProfileHighly organised and a great communicator, resilient with a flexible approach. A real team player, you should also be:

Suitability qualified to a degree level within a similar environment
Proven track record for delivery of complex projects, working across organisational boundaries and service development.
An analytical mind, methodical approach and keen attention to detail
Good prioritisation skills and the ability to meet deadlines
The flexibility to travel across the region, staying overnight where needed
The ability to put people at ease, gather vital information and maintain confidentiality.
