Do you want to make a difference to peoples livesReed Social Care are recruiting for Care Support Workers to support 15 residents with autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs and challenging behaviours. The service based in Farcet, Peterborough, provides person-centred care,helping individuals live as independently as possible.As a Care Support Worker, you need to be compassionate, caring, possess excellent listening skills, be supportive, understanding and patient. Experience isnt essential as full training is provided.As well as supporting the residents in their day-to-day living, as a Care Support Worker, you will join them on outdoor activities, joining the residents on day trips, charity events and much more.With flexible shift patterns (early, late and night shifts) there are options for full-time, part-time hours and bank hours, with pay starting from £10.30 per hour.In return, as a Care Support Worker, you will receive:
