Service ManagerAre you a natural leader with a passion for service Are you looking for a challenging role that will allow you to develop and implement innovative service procedures while maintaining strong relationships with customers If so, we want you to lead our clientsdynamic team of service professionals!As our clients Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their service team, ensuring that their customers receive the highest level of care and attention. Your strategic mindset will enable you to develop and implementnew service procedures that will set them apart from their competitors.Our client is a leading provider of commercial kitchen design and fit-out services in the UK. With a supportive team and a great work environment, this is a role that offers both challenge and opportunity.Whats in it for you* An attractive package of up to £40,000 basic (DOE)* A car allowance of £550 p/m* Company profit bonus (after twelve months service)* Company pension (after three months)* Health care cover* 32 days holiday including bank holidaysResponsibilities:* Organising daily service plans for engineers and subcontract engineers* Manging engineers, service admin team, sub-contractors * Preparing ppm plans for new, cost budgets and cost estimates for new contracts* Resolving any service problems and customer complaints* Contacting potential new clients* Increasing client accounts and profit margins * Liaise with other company departments to maintain business development and continuously innovate new profitable outcomes* Managing debt collection * Sourcing new suppliers * Stock takes* Must be customer facing * Ensuring all jobs are profitable and completed in time About you:* Have a proven track record in service management * Customer facing skills* Ability to manage workloads* Excellent written and verbal skills* Problem solving* Valid driver licence * Ability to visit new and existing customersAnd where will you be doing all of this exciting work At their head office in Failsworth, conveniently located close to junction 22 off the M60.
