The position is office based but offers flexible working hours and excellent benefits. In addition to the basic salary you will receive a 10% bonus and other benefits.Key Responsibilities:* Manage the fortnightly, end to end payroll process, ensuring the accuracy of data entry.* Reconcile all payroll information with the companys accounting systems and manage reports.* Respond to enquiries from staff regarding all payroll matters and maintain employee records.* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including PAYE, pensions, and other deductions.* Identify areas of improvement in the payroll process and suggest solutions.Technical Skills Required:* Proven experience working with Payroll systems.* Working knowledge of payroll legislation and regulations.* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.* Detail-oriented and organised.* Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.If you would like to know more about this role or would like to apply, please get in contact with Gregg Today!
