As Payroll Specialist youll be responsible for:* Process payroll every two weeks for approximately 1,500 employees.* Calculate hours, salaries, overtime, bonuses, taxes, deductions.* Verify timesheets, leave, attendance details.* Collaborate with HR to resolve discrepancies.* Process statutory deductions like income tax, NI, pensions.* Assist with year-end processing including P60s and P11Ds.* Produce P45s, P46s within designated timeframes.The ideal candidate will possess:* Over 4 years experience processing end to end payroll. * Advanced software skills are desirable, along with Excel including Vlookups and Pivot Tables. * Thorough understanding of payroll regulations, taxes and PAYE.* Strong maths skills and attention to detail for high accuracy.* Ability to maintain organised records for auditing.* Exceptional verbal/written communication skills.* Aptitude for proactively identifying/addressing discrepancies.This is your chance to expand your skills, join a great team and to take the next step in your career.
