Job Description

SEMHTeachingAssistantMilk Education are currently recruiting for a full time, SemhTeachingAssistant in an SEMH Provision based in Failsworth. The role will start ASAP.The RoleAre you an experienced SemhTeachingAssistant who has great experience and knowledge in the Special Educational Needs sector The school are looking for a qualifiedteachingassistant to support young learners who have social, emotional and mental healthproblems. You must be experienced in managing behaviour that can be challenging.The candidate must have:

  • 6 months experience working with children
  • Experience and knowledge of supporting children with SEMH
  • Excellent behaviour management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • DBS on update register
  • References for last 2 years work history
  • Up to date CV
