As Registered Care Home Manager, you will be a qualified Nurse and hold a current UK NMC registration and you will report to the Care Director and supported by a strong Operations Team. You will be responsible forthe delivery of business performance and quality targets for the home. Providing support and leadership to the staff, championing a culture of resident focus and quality of service.
