OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / FAILSWORTH MANCHESTER / £23,000 PER ANNUMThis is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business, with great career prospects, as anOffice Administrator.Our clientis a fast-growing Flooring Contractor and due to this expansion, now has an opportunity for anOffice Administratorto join the team.Were looking for motivated candidates who can assist with all aspects of running the office, working with the Project Co-ordinator and Managing Director to ensure the smooth running of the office.Whats in it for me

  • Permanent full-time position
  • A Salary of £23,000 per annum based on full time hours.
  • 28 days holiday, including public holidays.
  • Office-based 9am5pm but will consider flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities of the Office Administrator:
  • Answering the telephone.
  • Word processing, preparing orders, quotes, tenders, invoices.
  • Liaising with Customers and Suppliers.
  • Processing data and forms and data entry.
  • General admin duties.
Skills and Experience Required
  • Previous experience in an administration or customer service role would be desirable.
  • Must have a confident telephone manner and the ability to provide an excellent level of service.
  • IT literate with knowledge of office software such as Word and Outlook.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK.
