Job Description

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Failsworth, Manchester - up to £25k basic + CommissionDue to growth and company success, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join an award winning independent agency on a permanent basis in the Failsworth area of Manchester.As an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for:

  • Arranging property viewings
  • Negotiating sales
  • Listening to potential buyers requirements and selling the best suited property
  • Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have
  • Registering applicants and ensuring all required documentation is obtained
  • Progressing Sales through to completion
As an Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator you will have the following skill set:
  • Experience in Estate Agency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Well presented and well spoken
  • Full UK licence and car
Working Hours:Monday - Friday 9am - 5pmOne in Three Saturdays 9am - 1pm and Sundays on a rota 10am - 1pmThe team at Nexus are specialists in providing high-quality recruitment solutions across the property sector.
