  1. Assistant to Category / Account Managers with process driven administration at the core of your work
  2. To maintain buying timelines for critical path management for Key Account customer needs
  3. Reporting to the Category/Account Manager and providing support to the Directors
  4. Highly organised administrator
  5. To manage communication between China and the UK and to deliver accurate information to the different departments in the business.
  6. To input product information to Microsoft templates and AX (in house business Management system) and to keep the information up to date
  7. Sales analysis /Order management
Job DescriptionTo support the Category /Account Manager and focus on customers critical path deadlines and sales analysis. You will assist the Category /Account Manager with inputting supplier information, chasing quotes and information from our China Office and ensuringthat accurate product information is available. You will maintain the critical path on a daily basis and update directly with customers.Administrating key updates to customer portals and order management /processing.Key Responsibilities
  1. To provide support and information to the Category /Account Manager
  2. To maintain the critical path for the production of the KA customer Critical paths
  3. To ensure the information needed to maintain the critical path is received from factories/China office and recorded internally
  4. Work closely with the QC and Marketing Departments
  5. Administration of order management and sales analysis

  3. AX and product purchasing spreadsheets must be up to date at all times so your colleagues can share the information
