Job Description

My client has Exciting opportunities are now available in our modern workshop at our Head Office located in Eye (IP22 7HE).*HGV Technician*Job Type: Full time PermanentLocation: Eye, SuffolkSalary: £35,000 - £42,000 (dependent on experience and hours worked)The roles will include:

  • Carrying out scheduled maintenance on tractor units.
  • Fault diagnosis and repairs on braking System, suspension, gearboxes, engines, basic electronics etc.
  • Annual MOT preparation
Hours of Work:We have various shift patterns available within our workshop to cover our opening hours of 07:00 to 22:00 (Monday to Friday) and 07:00 17:00 (Saturdays)As we are an employer that recognises the importance of inclusivity, we acknowledge some applicants may be unable to commit to the hours specified, thats why we are open to flexible working applications for the right candidate. So please contact us formore information, we may be able to offer working patterns which better accommodate your home life commitments.Pay and benefits (HGV Technician):
  • Basic earnings of between £35,000 and £42,000 (dependent on experience and hours worked) with the opportunity for overtime and out of hours callout payments.
  • 28 days holiday (based on full-time hours)
