As they continue to expand and grow their presence in the marketplace they are now seeking a driven and ambitious QA Admin to join their business.Reporting into the Quality Manager, this role is an excellent opportunity for a Food or Fresh Produce professional looking for their role upwards to join a well-respected food manufacturing company that supplies premium products to a number of retailers.Innovation* Ensure timely dispatch of samples to customers.* Ensure accurate signing off of orders and dispatching correct materials as per approved specifications.Passion* Maintain active communication with customers and suppliers throughout the process.* Solicit and document feedback on samples from customers.Integrity* Adhere to company Food Safety and Quality procedures.* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and procedures.* Support the Quality manager with necessary tasks.* Facilitate communication between customers and suppliers.* Complete customer documentation as required.* Manage batch allocations and maintain batch/customer attributes in Sage system.Quality* Maintain meticulous sample records, updating them daily.* Collaborate with the Technical Team to ensure products comply with Food Safety standards.* Pack samples appropriately to ensure they reach customers in good condition.* Prepare samples for laboratory testing.* Input required testing data into online laboratory systems.* Conduct incoming goods sampling and organoleptic inspections of raw materials to ensure compliance with specifications.Apply with your CV to to find out moreRequired skills
