Job Description

Ideas and initiatives are welcomed and encouraged. There is real scope to contribute to the growth of the business.What will I be doing

  • Plan and co-ordinate the service & maintenance activities for a nationwide portfolio of projects
  • Provide the best aftermarket service and maintenance support
  • Communicate effectively internally and externally to customers and suppliers, to ensure that machine downtime for all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance is managed on a best cost/quality basis
  • Ensure that all scheduled maintenance and repairs are expedited in the fastest manner possible, so that the machine is returned to service without undue delay, in line with legal requirements and agreed KPIs
  • Manage the service and maintenance team which will include a team of mobile engineers located throughout the UK
  • Ensure all internal/external service requests are dealt with professionally, efficiently, and promptly
  • Provide excellent service to all customers and other divisions within the organisation
  • Contribute to the success of the organisation by promoting the Company’s products and services and improving the overall customer experience

  • Strong organisational and planning expertise
  • A proven record of working within the Transport/Commercial Vehicles or Construction equipment sectors
  • Supervisory and coordination experience
  • Understanding response times and service level agreements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT skills
