With offices already strategically placed throughout the UK, they are turning their attention to the South West with plans for a new office in the region.To support those plans, they require a Relationship Manager with experience in commercial finance and who has experience dealing directly with property development finance businesses and through intermediaries.With a reputation for high quality customer service, a market leading proposition, desirable rates and with all lending decisions made in house and within hours, this role would suit a high achieving Relationship Manager / Relationship Director with real estate finance experience.It is essential that you have an understanding of UK bridging and development finance products, the real estate finance market and the ability to develop strong working relationships with intermediaries and borrowers.The Relationship Manager will be comfortable proactively seeking new business opportunities as well as being able to identify opportunities to improve product portfolio and represent the Company at trade shows, property auctions and relevant corporate events.The successful Relationship Manager will have demonstrable sales and lending experience in a financial services or banking environment and be a skilled communicator.
