Job Description

Your New roleNational Highways currently has an exciting opportunity for a Quality and Performance Analyst to join our team based in either Bristol or Exeter. You will be responsible to deliver regional performance reporting, supporting the implementation and embedmentof performance measurement and management as an essential tool for effective contract management in line with the Delivery Plan.This role is an 18 Month fixed term contract.What you’ll be leading on

  • The development and maintenance of Quality Management documentation. Championing a culture of continuous improvement across the region by ensuring that performance feedback and lessons learned are captured, owned, tracked and monitored through to delivery.
  • The review of Quality Management practices of the region’s contracts. Monitoring performance and using trend analysis to identify improvements, ensuring that positive performance is recognised, and non-conformity reports/quality improvement plans are createdto address poor performance.
  • Working collaboratively with regional and national Operations teams to generate improvement and implementing performance reporting requirements, KPIs and metrics that allow better understanding and visibility of the Region’s performance against its targets
  • Contributing to the allocated elements of the region’s quality and performance reporting.
  • Managing contract reference updates within Asset Delivery and assess the impact on operations. Coordinate between Scheme Delivery, Service Delivery, Commercial and Procurement and Finance to improve service delivery.
To be Successful
  • Understanding of Quality Management Systems, quality measurement, requirements and methods.
  • Knowledge of performance management, experience of monitoring, measuring and analysis of performance data.
  • Experience of building collaborative relationships.
  • Understanding of managing NEC (or similar) contracts and applicable standards (ISO & NHSS). ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (highly desirable).
  • Competent in driving continual improvement and best practice.
