Job Description

TSR Legal are excited to be assisting a Legal 500 law firm who are seeking to recruit a confident and business development focused Property Litigation Solicitor (ideally with 1-2 years PQE) to join the well established team in Exeter.Based in the Exeter office, (with opportunities for home working), you will work collaboratively with one of the Property Litigation Partners and an Associate in the team. You will be working with a range of high quality clients across a varied propertyportfolio, encompassing leisure, retail, healthcare, pension fund and investment sectors, amongst others. You may have the opportunity to work on property related professional negligence matters, and in addition, you will be dealing with a wide range of landlordand tenant work (rent reviews, dilapidations, business lease renewals, service charge disputes etc.), development disputes, possession actions, trespass and squatter actions.This is an exciting opportunity for you to increase your profile and networks within the Exeter and South West region, and you will be provided with the resources, encouragement and support you need to develop these.Who you areWith a good reputation for high quality Property Litigation work, you will have already demonstrated your ability to begin building developing new business networks and connections in the local market.

With strong technical skills across Property Litigation, you will understand the importance of developing effective professional relationships with colleagues across our Property Division, as well as external contacts and networks.
