What will you do

Handle a broad private client caseload
Advise on wills, probate, trusts, LPAs and more
Manage complex estate administration (with agricultural & business elements), Will Trusts, Deeds of Appointment and Variation, again with an estate administration focus
Have managerial responsibilities: To potentially include leading a division within the Private Client department, managing one of the firm’s branches, or supervising, mentoring or coaching other members of staff including trainees
Continue to develop and enhance the firms already very good reputation
Your clients will be of mixed wealth to include those of a high-net-worth nature - Experience of this is beneficial, but not essential

What will you need

To be an experienced solicitor or legal executive
To have at least 4 years private client experience
Any experience of agricultural/business/significant financial investments would be preferred
To want to progress to a managerial role
STEP membership an advantage, but not essential
This role will ideally be offered on a full-time basis, but do get in touch if you are looking for a part-time role
