Weve committed to grow legacy fundraisingacross our 500 places and created a new role for a regional Legacy Development Manager to lead our legacy fundraising at a local level.If you are a natural leader who loves sharing your expertise to influence people. There will also be an opportunity to explore and agree hybrid working arrangements which strike the right balance for you and the Trust.The role will involve regular travel to our places and other office hubs to meet with stakeholders and your teams. What youll be doing In this role youll lead a new programme of regional legacy fundraising, which includes on-property promotion, events and internal training for the South West of England. Youll report to the Head of Legacy Development and work closely with the Head Officeteam in a one-team approach to contribute to the success of our organisational legacy programme.Youll be great with people, inspiring them to take actionwhether thats staff, volunteers, or supporters. Encouraging them to tell legacy stories at their own places and ensuring the best are brought into our central communications. Youll be a storytelleryourself, bringing the impact of legacies to life for enquirers and pledgers and hosting engaging events.Youll confidently steer a new programme of work, contributing insight and experience from the legacy fundraising sector.
