Job Description

Seeking work as an Interim HR Business partnerTate are seeking an HR Business Partner who has CIPD Level 7 or is qualified by experience to support our client with the integration of major services/functions following the merger of two organisations.Hourly salary: £21.67 - £25.15Duties will include:

  • Liaise with Senior Stakeholders, members of staff and colleagues across the organisation
  • Working through restructures and integration following relevant governance requirements
  • Provide professional advice and support to managers
  • Resolving HR matters in accordance with the organisations policies and procedures, ensuring that they are fairly and consistently applied, and that best practice is maintained
Essential Requirements:
  • Previous experience in similar role
  • Experience guiding organisations through transformation and integration programmes
  • Ability to manage and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrable experience operating at HR Business Partner level
