We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at our Exeter city centre office to cover maternity leave, though there is a strong possibility this will lead to a permanent position as we continue to grow our digital marketing client bank.We’re a small, friendly team who, as a company, strive to create a fun, flexible and supportive work environment.The successful candidate will become a core part of the team, where you can shape how we work and how the company operates. You’ll work on a number of projects, covering a wide range of client websites.We’ll offer a competitive salary (yes we are open to negotiations), referral scheme (if you bring referral work to us, we want to say thanks) and flexible working hours (this doesn’t have to be 9 to 5) plus an additional day off for your birthday (if it falls on a work day!)JOB DESCRIPTION:This is a varied role with tasks including, but not limited to:- Set up, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns- Plan and manage SEO strategy- Measure and analyse performance and report to clients- Manage and maintain website content, including blogs- Create social media content and manage pages- Identify and propose new ideas to help support clients and grow their businessYOU SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH:- Paid marketing including Google Ads and Facebook Ads- Search Engine Optimisation best practice- Google Analytics and Search Console- Content writing for social media, blogs and websites- Website CMS and WYSIWYG editors- Google Tag ManagerYOU SHOULD, IDEALLY, MEET THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS:- Excellent communication skills- A good eye for detail- Punctual and respectable- Affable- Positive attitude- Be happy working in a team and individually- Responsible, trustworthy and organised Required skills
