Job Description

Due to increased workload our client has an opportunity for a qualified Development Surveyor to join their expanding team in either the Plymouth or Exeter office.The Role.This is a key role within the Development Consultancy Team, providing market leading advice to a broad range of clients including Landowners, Private Residential Developers, Registered Providers, Banks, and Local Authorities.Main Duties.These are extremely varied in both nature and client base and will include:

  • Valuation of development land and property
  • Development appraisals and financial modelling
  • Financial Viability Assessments and S106 negotiations
  • Strategic Development Advice
  • Engagement with wider department and office
  • Represent the team at business development meetings and events.
Skills and Experience.
  • MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer
  • At least 2 years post qualification experience with proven track record within the development sector
  • Good working knowledge of the development and planning system
  • Self-motivated and interested in developing a career in the property development sector.
Salary and Benefits.
  • Competitive salary of £35,00 to £42,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
