EXPORT CUSTOMER SERVICES ADVISOR | £24K | EXETER | FREE PARKING Are you fluent in German and passionate about customer service If so, this opportunity is tailor-made for you!Our client, a prestigious high-end company, is on the lookout for a dedicated Export Customer Services Advisor.   • Receiving and making telephone calls in German
  • Processing orders received via telephone or email
  • Responding to and solving customer problems, queries, and complaints
  • Supporting and liaising with Sales Representatives for customer-related issues
  • Assisting customers with floor plans and quantity calculations
  • Translating and checking translations for various departments
Export Customer Services Advisor Requirements:
  • Be fluent in German and proficient in formal writing skills in both German and English
  • Have proven experience in customer service and sales order processing
  • Possess accurate keyboard skills and data entry experience
  • Be educated to A levels or equivalent with basic mathematical ability
