Job Description

Conveyancing Paralegal - ExeterExcellent opportunity for a Paralegal to join a progressive and well-established law firm.Our client is a well-established and award-winning law firm based in Exeter. They are currently looking for a Paralegal to join their Conveyancing team in Exeter, Devon.The role will involve supporting the Conveyancers within the team with their caseloads. Duties will include:

  • Maintaining excellent file administration
  • Dealing with clients face to face
  • Preparing completion statements, Land Registry Applications and dealing with requisitions, etc.
To be considered for this role, you must have paralegal experience within a conveyancing department.On offer is a competitive salary (depending on experience) and an attractive benefits package.
