Job Description

Company Secretarial ConsultantAn award-winning company secretarial provider is looking for a Company Secretarial Consultant to join their team, with the option of working in their London office or their Exeter office. You will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of clients, includinghigh profile listed companies.This role offers a variety of opportunities to learn new skills and develop your career, with support provided.   • Full support to private and listed company Boards and committees, attendance at the meetings and minute taking
  • Providing advice and guidance on corporate governance best practice to a diverse portfolio of clients including the preparation of reports as required
  • Drafting and reviewing the non-financial sections of Annual Report and Accounts
  • Organising and managing the annual and other general meetings
  • Maintenance of corporate registers, director details and records for client entities
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
  • ICSA qualified and have demonstrable experience applying your working knowledge of UK company law, regulation, and best practice
  • Ideally, listed company, board facing and/or investment trust experience or worked in a professional services environment within a company secretarial remit
