Job Description

Who will you join

  • A large national law firm with a deep presence in Exeter and beyond

What will you do
  • Handle a varied caseload of legal expense backed dispute claims
  • Including, but not limited to property, construction and consumer contracts
  • Assist more senior fee earners with higher value disputes in order to build your experience
  • Reviewing and advising on legal expense cover
  • Be involved in training, supervising and developing more junior staff
What will you need
  • To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
  • Newly qualified solicitors will be considered – as long as you have completed a litigation seat/have litigation experience AND;
  • Have Consumer Dispute Litigation experience AND;
  • Have Legal Expense Funded Cases experience
