CEO Cyber Resilience Centre Location: Home Working -Dorset / Devon / SomersetSalary: Starts at £66,126 rising by yearly increments to a maximum of £73,293 per annumJob Type: External Secondment, until 31st March 2025Our client is an arm’s length business owned by and operated on behalf of regional policing and operating across the entirety of that geography with around 1600 current clients. Its aim is to protect small businesses and charities from cyber threats.The RoleThe CEO is responsible for running all aspects of the company, setting and managing strategies, targets and financial plans, with the support of a management board and advisory group constituted of senior public and private sector professionals.The postholder will be required to operate comfortably within senior levels of policing, forging private sector partnerships and generating income to support the centre’s growth.They will develop and direct the centre’s marketing strategy, securing external resources as required, and collaborating with others to further develop an innovative offering which complements the work of existing policing teams.Whilst this is not a sales role, the postholder will be accomplished at influencing and negotiating, regularly delivering presentations to small and large groups in order to achieve the company’s aims.The postholder will be a registered legal director of the business and will fulfil the responsibilities which that brings, ensuring that appropriate policies and processes are in place to comply with prevailing legal requirements.To ApplyIf you feel you are a suitable candidate and would like to work for this reputable company, please click apply to be redirected to their website where you can complete your application.
