We are seeking a dedicated professional to excel in this business-to-businessrole, and your primary focus will be on acquiring new clients and enhancing revenue through effective sales strategies.Principal Responsibilities/Duties:- Achieve monthly New Business targets by continuously expanding your account base, maintaining existing relationships, and nurturing business partnerships.- Identify and establish connections with prospective clients using a blend of telephone and face-to-face interactions, including cold calls, networking, and referrals.- Cultivate and manage a robust sales pipeline.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities at all stages of the sales cycle, collaborating with relevant departments as needed.- Fulfill activity-based Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive daily success.- Collaborate with decision-makers to develop enduring strategic relationships.- Create and deliver compelling presentations that showcase the value of our products and services.- Accurately handle order submissions and contracts.- Efficiently manage contract negotiations and finalise new business agreements.- Foster a collaborative environment with your local team and business functions, aligning with our company values: Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Ambition.- Provide accurate sales revenue forecasts for reporting to your Line Manager.- Stay updated on our products and services through self-development efforts.Essential Skills:- Proven experience in the telecommunications industry, particularly in selling Lines and Calls, Telephone Systems, Leased Lines, and IP Telephony.- Strong background in B2B sales, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and relationships at all levels.- Proficiency in engaging with senior management and business owners through effective communication and presentations.- A track record of achieving new business targets and surpassing KPIs.- Articulate, professional, credible, ethical, and business-savvy.- Effective networking abilities, deal-closing prowess, and skill in managing post-sales processes.- An outgoing and friendly personality, coupled with self-motivation and a target-driven approach.- Exceptional networking skills to spot opportunities and maximise results.- Smart, professional appearance with a strong sense of punctuality.- Team-oriented with a flexible attitude.- Demonstrated hunger, motivation, and a burning passion for success.- Possession of a valid drivers license.If youre ready to take your career to new heights and have the skills and determination to succeed in the telecommunications industry, please apply with your CV.
