Job Description

Workshop Team leaderTaskmaster Resources is on the lookout for a Fitter to be based from our clients Esher site.Duties:• To provide supervision of a maintenance workshop serving a diverse range of vehicles, equipment and plant.• Compliance with legislative and company standards of all equipment and tools.• Health & Safety of Workshop.• Monitoring Fitter performance, quality and productivity.• Maintain cost controls.• Actively identify and develop effective ways of delivering service.• Identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities.Skills and requirements:• Experience of maintenance workshops ideally in a supervisory role.• Able to demonstrate workshop planning knowledge.• Experience in performance managing teams.• Significant "On Tools" experience.• High level of problem solving skills.• Sees safety as top priority and delivers a positive impact on people’s wellbeing.• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills.• Self-motivated, leads, motivates and enthuses team to achieve results.• Focused on business objectives while managing day to day activities.• Proactive planning and management skills to deliver service.• Builds enduring customer relationships.• Full driving licence, minimum C+E.

City and Guilds Motor vehicle level 1, 2 and 3.
