Job Description

We are recruiting an Accounts Payables Administrator to join the Healix Health Accounts team in Esher.OBJECTIVES

  • To manage and improve AP function
  • To work closely with all members of Finance team allowing for further cover in the tam and removing single point of failure (SPOF) risk
PERSON SPECIFICATIONEssential/Desirable Education and training:· A genuine interest in book keeping and accounts with a sound understanding of double entry accounting· Basic Microsoft Excel and Word· Good written business English· Diligent, helpful and reliable· Approach each situation with a calm, diplomatic open style approach· Demonstrate a responsible and professional attitude at all timesAbout The RoleKEY ACTIVITIES/MAIN DUTIES
  • The processing and management of the Account Payable ledgers for the trading business of Healix Health Services Ltd, Healix Property LLP, Healix Insurance Services Ltd (including Protex) and all group recharges. (It will involve HHS Accounts inbox management,codding and logging of purchase invoices in Dimensions, electronic filing of invoices and supplier payment runs)
  • The processing and recording of staff cash expenses and corporate credit cards in Dimension including SAPConcur processing and management.
  • Responding to email queries and chasers from suppliers
  • Assisting in the project of automating AP including implementing electronic purchase orders and/or electronic authorisation and OCR/ import for business purchase invoices
Required Criteria
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Basic Microsoft Excel and Word
  • A genuine interest in book keeping and accounts with a sound understanding of double entry accounting
Desired Criteria
  • Accountancy qualification, such as AAT
