We’re looking for candidates who have 1 to 2 years experience with a Wealth Manager in a similar role. Candidates will need to have more of a focus on relationship management and doing things to benefit the client rather than maximising revenue no matterwhat’. We’ll also be looking for individuals who have an interest/passion for the markets and most likely have a degree in a relevant subject (or equivalent). Experience of networking or business development will also be looked upon favourably.The successful candidate will be performing an administrative support role in the Esher branch initially, building up their experience and technical knowledge, with tasks like greeting clients, answering the phones, producing admin for client meetings. As theydevelop tasks will most likely become more technical in nature and the Trainee’s will be able to attend client meetings with the Investment Managers.Starting salaries will be up to c.£38k depending on experience and we will put them through the lAD CISI Investment Advice Diploma; they will also be included in an internal development programme with the aim of developing them into Investment Managers andCF30
