Service AdministratorEsher/Thames Ditton£9 - £10 per hourMonday - Friday 7am - 3.30pmTemporary - Starting Monday 30th DecDue to a busy period, my client is looking for extra support within the Reprographics Department on an ongoing temporary basis!YOU will be responsible for the following:Providing support to staff regarding photocopying and other admin requirements.Responsible for ensuring that all copiers are stocked with paper, toner, staples etcAssisting staff with photocopier useMaintaining and ordering photocopier paper/card/laminates/toner stocksLiaising with photocopier company re maintenance, order parts, toner etcEnsuring that all jams are cleared and machines are in working orderPrinting of all colour copyingProduce booklets as and when needed i.e. Options, Induction days etcUsing the Laminator and binding machineGeneral Administrative supportDue to the urgency of this position, the preferred candidate MUST have an enhanced DBS or update service certificate!
