Were small enough to be a close-knit team where you can see the difference your campaigns make to the care we give every day; but big enoughand ambitious enough for you to grow and explore new fundraising, tools, and techniques.Your roleYou will be flexible and results-driven, with experience of working within an individual giving/direct marketing team either in the charity or commercial sector. In addition to traditional direct marketing methods, digital methods of engaging with and fundraisingfrom our supporters will be something that interests and excites you along with a mindset that likes to test and learn new approaches to delivering our individual giving targets. You will be used to developing effective relationships and working collaborativelywith colleagues from other disciplines as well as managing relationships with external suppliers.
