Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be working exclusively with our client, a Technology focused organisation based in Surrey.We are recruiting for an experienced generalist HR Manager who is used to working in a fast paced environment potentially from Fintech or Technology backgroundThis is a fantastic opportunity to move the organisation forward, embed the new culture and values and support the HR Director on projects. Whilst overseeing the day to day duties of the HR function you will help develop and mentor the HR Assistant and step in for the HR Director to deliver operation updates to Senior stakeholders.This organisation has embraced flexible working within their enviroment. Whilst things are getting back to normal it will be 2/3 days office based and the rest from home. Standard office hours are 09:00 - 17:30 however this is flexible to accommodate personal needs (start early finish early or WFH occasionally if required).Essential Requirements-
